How to practice basketball at home

If you can not practice basketball outdoors due to weather or personal circumstances, we will introduce you to practice at home.
When you think of it as a good opportunity to get acquainted with the ball and practice it, basketball becomes easier and better.

First, when watching television, do not fry with a basketball and turn around with your hands around your waist. Next,
Next, around the knee, then turn your head and shoulders back and forth in your knee. If you bounce at home
It's horny. It is the action which is the priority action in the coat by unfreezing the body.

Second, lay on the bed and put the basketball in your hand and throw it up to throw it back in place. at first
It will be difficult. When you get used to it, the ball will come back in your hands well. Shooting consistency and wrist
This is especially helpful for backspin practice with movement, especially with snap.

Third, place the ball on the palm of your hand and quickly turn it over with your hand. Turning back to the palm of your hand.
Repeat this operation. It helps in the wakefulness and forearm movement.

Fourth, keep up three sets of 20 push-ups per set daily. It is good for raising arm and wrist strength.
         The distance will definitely increase.

Fifth, keep up to 3 sets of 25 sit-ups each day with sit-ups and laying legs up.
The abdominal strength is improved and the jump power is improved.

Sixth, if you can afford it, there is a mini backboard ring to practice shooting at home.
It is better to practice lying down

Seventh, it is good to sit on the sofa and practice Rexroth instead of bouncing.
Rexroth: Take one of your feet fast.
So it is easy to break with Lex Lu at the same time.

Eighth, after catching the ball, practice going back and forth quickly between the two hands.
At first, narrow the gap, but later spread it.
Once you get used to it, go up and down your chest on your head.
Ninth, use your fingers or palm to flip up. When I dribble, I get a better sense of hand.
The power of the fingers improves and it is also very helpful to keep the ball.
The tenth, a little tough, but with the ball in the palm of your hand, the wrist is rotated,
This is a 360 degree rotation. Left and right are all available, so you can do both hands.
         Ball control is very good.
